I started Pilates years ago to help keep my back in check and the benefits of doing classes with Lorraine were noticeable from the start. She has helped me with core muscle strengthening, stretching, balance and flexibility and it’s become an integral part of my self care and mindfulness routine. The online platform means I can do this around my life, whether I’m at home or away or working but it’s also suitable however things inevitably change year on year (back injury, pregnancy, new fitness goals, weight loss etc.!) She is always on hand to answer my questions about the classes and suitability of some of the exercises based on injuries I have too. And the dogs are an awesome bonus too!
Concept of online classes
Pilates for Real People is an awesome way to have your lesson around your personal work/life routine, and Lorraine is a great teacher! It works for me as I can do the session literally anywhere, any time of the day, and I get to choose my area of focus each time too. So much better than going to the gym! The classes remove all the barriers I can think of for why I may miss a class, such as forgetting to book each week or rushing through traffic and means I never have to go without my Pilates fix again!
